Bideford's New 4th Dan!!!

Many congratulations to Sensei Richard Small who teaches the art of aiki-jo in Bideford (see his web site), on his elevation to the rank of 4th dan - and very well deserved too, I may say!

Here's a picture taken at one of Sensei Small's seminars (a few weeks ago when he was a mere 3rd dan). Here you can see me whacking Dermot Hogan (who studies both at my club and at Sensei Small's) over the head with a jo. Well, at least, that's what seems to be happening. I should say that I deny all responsibility. ;-)
