The Hartland Aikido Club's new blue belt!

Congratulations to Dermot Hogan who took his blue-belt grading yesterday. He coped well with the speed and pressure of the grading and passed with an impressive performance that included a very broad range of techniques. I'm happy to report that Dermot set an excellent standard. Thanks also to Pete Blayney (Dermot's uke) who showed considerable spirit and stamina. I felt exhausted just watching them!
